Seal the Border Stupid

When Mr. Callahan told us we were going to the White House today, I fully expected the normal. Tourists , lots of tourists, and a few protesters scattered among them. For the first few minutes after we got there, my prediction was correct. But not long after, a very interesting man showed up and blew my expectations out of the water.

"Seal the border stupid! Our kids are dying!" came racing into our unsuspecting ears. I immediately started scanning the sidewalk for the source of this roaring protest. I quickly found him. He was definitely not hard to miss. I mean who else could this booming voice belong to but the man wearing superman boxers outside of his gray basketball shorts and a purple, sparkly tassel tied around his neck. This man was obviously begging for attention. "Crack Cocaine from Mexico is killing our children!" he screamed again. With each bellow, more people started looking for him. And the more people who came over, the more attention he was getting. Then, to further draw attention, he started to dance. Yes, you heard me, he started to dance. Now people were calling other's attention to him. He got exactly what he wanted. Job well done.

Now I bet everyone is wondering how I could ever consider this crazy, absurd man calling our president stupid beautiful, but thats not the beautiful part. The beautiful part is freedom of speech. In other countries, this man could've been harmed, or even killed. But in our country, he has the right to speak his mind. However crazy it may be. Everyone has the right to their opinion. That's what is beautiful. However, thats not saying they don't need a permit.
